The Waiting Room Agency
Advertising, branding and design. Everybody waits. Some of us made a whole agency out of it.
01 — Reception
The Waiting Room is a small agency built on a simple bet: attention is not owed to you, it is earned in the first two seconds and kept with craft.
We write, shoot, design and build. No account layer, no deck about the deck. You talk to the person making the work.
Everything here was made in-house, including the room you just walked into.
Campaigns, spots, social. Ideas people finish watching, and then send to someone.
Names, marks, voice, and the rules that keep it all recognisable at a glance.
Sites and products that behave as well as they look, built rather than mocked up.

04 — The appointment
You tell us what is actually wrong. Not the brief you were told to write — the real problem underneath it.
We come back with a point of view and a number. If we think the thing you asked for is the wrong thing, we say so here.
We make it. You see work early and often, in the form it will actually exist in, not as a flat mock of it.
Files, cutdowns, guidelines, whatever the thing needs to survive without us in the room.
“Add a real quote here. The shorter it is, the more people believe it.”
“A second one, ideally about a result rather than how nice you were to work with.”
06 — Questions
Form 3-A
One call, half an hour, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, we will usually know who is.
We quote a fixed number before anything starts, and that number is what you pay. No hourly billing and no surprise line items. Ask on the first call and you will get a range the same day.
Most brand and campaign work runs two to six weeks from go. Film adds time for production and post. If you need it faster than that, say so early — sometimes it is possible, and it is a much better conversation at the start than halfway through.
The person you talk to. There is no account layer, and nothing gets handed to someone junior once the pitch is over.
You will have seen it long before it is finished. Work gets shown early and in the form it will really exist in, not as a flat mock of it, so nobody is surprised at the end. Revisions are built into the quote.
Yes, where it makes sense. Most people start with one project and decide after that.
Often, and happily. Plenty of the work is done next to an internal team rather than instead of one.
